Excluding currency effects, global RevPAR for the three months ended June 30, 2026 decreased by 1% compared to the prior year period, reflecting 2% growth in the U.S. and a 6% decline internationally. In the U.S., the year-over-year results were primarily driven by continued strength across the Midwest and growth in Texas, Florida and California. Internationally, constant currency growth of 2% in Canada reflected sustained pricing power, while growth of 5% in Southeast Asia and the Pacific Rim primarily reflected improved demand.
