On February 28, 2023, Cactus acquired FlexSteel, which grew from its founding in 2003 to its current status as a leading provider of spoolable pipe technologies, primarily to the U.S. onshore market. Demand for our Pressure Control product sales is driven primarily by the number of new wells drilled, as each new well requires a wellhead and, following the completion phase, a production tree.
