What management said

Sales to one customer in Consumer Products accounted for 12.1% of our consolidated net sales in the third quarter of fiscal 2026. Although mortgage rates eased modestly during the quarter, the 30-year fixed rate remained approximately 6% at quarter end, continuing to pressure affordability and contributing to subdued existing-home sales and limited housing turnover.
