The following table presents the Company’s net income to common stockholders and net income per diluted share for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025: The Company reported net income to common stockholders of $967 million in 2026 compared to $819 million in 2025. The number of weighted average diluted shares decreased 6.8 million for 2026 compared to 2025, mainly reflecting shares repurchased in 2026 and 2025. Gross premiums written were $7,930 million in 2026, an increase of 3.5% from $7,662 million in 2025.
